*Attention FTP Users*: It has come to our attention that FTP issues are arising for Internet Explorer version 7 users. If you have not updated to the new version of Internet Explorer, please refrain from doing so, until such issues are resolved. For those that have updated to IE7 and are experiencing problems with the login to the FTP, please follow this link to download SmartFTP. For installation and operation help, please refer to this quick guide.
Alternately you can follow this link to Filezilla to get that program for doing your uploading and downloading of files. For either of these FTP clients, you'll need to setup your client with the appropriate ftp information, username and password.
Mac users note, you will need to use either of the above FTP clients to be able to access the system. It's much easier than using the one on the Mac.
